Before that, he worked at Prored Partners CO., LTD., where he was involved in the establishment of Bluepass Capital Inc. and the first fund, as well as management consulting for clients in a wide range of fields, including real estate, retail, food service, apparel, transportation, precision equipment, instrumentation equipment, temporary staffing, bridal, and entertainment. In addition, he was involved in many PMI support projects for portfolio companies of major PE funds, and was in charge of launching a new social impact bond business for public agencies and local governments.
