Before that, he was involved in PE fund operations at Nippon Mirai Capital Co., Ltd., where he was in charge of investment execution, value enhancement, and exits for six companies in carve out and business revitalization deals, mainly in the manufacturing industry, including chemical, steel, and electronics manufacturers.
Before that, he worked at Accenture Japan Ltd., where he provided a wide range of management consulting services from business strategy planning to implementation of structural reforms, including the development of an overseas expansion strategy, support for the reform of procurement structures, and the formulation of plans to introduce an integrated database for a materials manufacturer.
Before that, he engaged in accounting inspections of independent administrative agencies at the Board of Audit of Japan.
